Growth

Growth seems like something everyone knows about but have you ever asked yourself this question "Am I growing?

How much do you like the idea of discovering this or  measuring your personal growth? Very much , I presume. If that's the case, then you are on a good quest and you're sure to get something great out of this in the end.

Growth can be:

Physical: The process of increasing in size, or developing physically. The development of the body, weight and brain.

Personal: This refers to an individual's self-improvement and development in various aspects of life. It can involve acquiring new knowledge, skills, and experiences, as well as personal and emotional growth, such as increased self-awareness, resilience, and maturity.

Economic: A kind of growth related to your networth, earnings and income.

Commercial: This refers to business expansion and career development over time. It can involve increasing revenue, expanding market share, entering new markets, or diversifying products.

All round growth is needed and essential in all individuals. All round growth involves:

- Psychological growth

- Mental growth

- Physical growth

- Spiritual growth

- Social  growth

In deciding to evaluate yourself and how you're growing, you should look into each of the above named sections of growth. Genuinely and honestly grade yourself, bby asking yourself questions, and providing answers.

In addition, you can ask your friends or those who know you to help you. They can do this by giving you honest reviews about yourself, and how you're growing spiritually, psychologically, physically, economically, financially and more.

Consequently, you should always remember, that even if you find yourself carried away with the many responsibilities attached to adulthood, and growing up, it would do you a lot of good to take time off to reflect, and ask yourself "Am I growing?"
